Yandex Go is a versatile application that offers transportation services, food delivery from restaurants, and item delivery within city limits. The app allows users to effortlessly request rides or deliveries with a simple tap and track their driver in real time, providing a seamless experience without the hassle of call centers or parking issues.

<li>AFFORDABLE FARES: Users can select from a range of service classes to suit their needs. Opt for Economy for everyday trips, Comfort or Comfort+ for a more spacious and comfortable ride, or Business for those occasions where every detail matters. The app also offers a Delivery service for shipping items of any size by car. Pricing and available service classes may vary by location, but exact fares (or estimates) are always displayed before confirming a ride.</li>

<li>PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment for rides can be conveniently made through the app with a saved card, or in cash as drivers accept both. Payment method availability is subject to location.</li>

<li>EFFICIENT TIME MANAGEMENT: Yandex Go employs intelligent algorithms based on real-time traffic data to efficiently match riders with drivers who can quickly reach them. Additionally, the app may suggest alternative pickup locations depending on the user's location to help reduce costs.</li>

<li>TRIPS WITH MULTIPLE STOPS: Users can request rides with multiple destinations, such as dropping off children at school, picking up friends en route, or running quick errands. Yandex Go maps out all stops on a single route and calculates the total fare upfront.</li>

The services are currently available in capital cities like Armenia, Georgia, Estonia, Latvia, and 13 cities across Russia and offer features like deliveries where both sender and recipient meet the courier at the vehicle. Food delivery service is currently operational in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Yandex Go caters to users across 9 countries including Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, and Moldova. For rates and availability in specific cities, individuals can visit https://taxi.yandex.com. To provide feedback on app experience, drivers or overall service encountered during rides, users can easily share their opinions within the app.
